By using Dukaan Poster (“the app”), you agree to these terms. Please read them.

What the app does

The app lets you create promotional poster images for your shop by chatting with an AI assistant. Posters are generated using third-party AI services.

Your content

You are responsible for the details you enter (shop name, offers, prices, phone number, and any claims). Make sure they are accurate and that you have the right to use any brand names, logos, or offers you include. Do not use the app to create misleading, unlawful, or infringing content.

Your posters

Posters you generate are yours to use for promoting your own shop. The app is a tool to help you make them; you decide how they are used.

Availability

We work to keep the app running well, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties. AI-generated designs may occasionally contain errors — please review each poster before you share or print it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and no using it to create content that is illegal, hateful, or deceptive.

Changes

We may update these terms or the app over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
